This class teaches you a hands-on healing technique, that channels spiritually guided life force energy for stress reduction, relaxation, forgiveness, manifestation, and healing. Aided by Kuji-In (Hand mudras and spoken mantras) , it is a fusion of Hawaiian Huna, Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Native American, Kuji-In and Oriental Reiki Modalities. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on of hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.   

If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It also brings about balance and clarity within one’s self as it balances and moves through ones chakra’s, (energy points within the body) and removes the blockages that may be causing illnesses or pain within one’s body.   

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words Rei, which means Spiritual Wisdom- (This, is the divine wisdom that comes from a higher power or higher self and is all-knowing) and Ki, which means “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy”
