Join us for a relaxing evening of Group Sound Meditation. Facilitator, GabrielNelson Sears uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, steel drum, harps, Native American flutes, chimes, bell, rattles, and shakers to create an environment for profound relaxation, inspiration, and insight. Set an intention and let your mind soar on the harmonious waves created by these majestic sound tools.

Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or bolster as participants can lie on the floor or choose to sit in a chair to receive this healing energy. Bring water to stay hydrated. If you’d like, bring some of your favorite crystals or anything else for personal comfort.
