About the Event
This is done by getting the ego out of the way, digging work, intention, guidance, and some powerful brain wave breathing. In a H.E.A.L. Technique session you will discover the programs your subconscious mind created that are no longer serving you and how to shift it, reclaiming all the energy that has been pulling you down regarding the issue at hand. Â
There are programs such as abuse (physical and verbal) , addictions, self-image, relationships, finance, illness, dysfunction, trauma, and any other issues you are ready to resolve forever! In the first group session, Janie will be targeting something that everyone could use more of…..self-love! With more self-love anything is possible. Â
