Sacred Sisters Mindful Meditation

Consider this sacred pause a place where you get to connect with your inner guidance, enhance your intuition and be held in a loving environment through meditation, relaxing sounds and more! This is your opportunity to silence the noise from your everyday routines and find a deeper connection with yourself while also connecting with others in a safe space.

This is open to anyone who is called to participate! You don’t have to have previous experience practicing meditation to be able to participate!

Give yourself the opportunity to immerse yourself in this beautiful relaxing technique. By participating you will be able to discover that your mind can be a playground for you to find joy and strength. After the meditation, Kathleen will give you a loving message from spirit through a mini Oracle Card reading.

Space is limited to no more than 10 people, so we do ask that you call in advance to schedule and make payment. Please dress in comfortable clothes and bring something to drink. Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow to help you relax as well as your favorite crystals (not required). Cost of for this group Meditation is $25. Meditation begins at 6pm, please arrive a little early to claim your spot. Masks are required.

About your Instructor:

Kathleen Starita started her self-healing journey over 10 years ago, while on her path she found Meditation; or maybe it was the other way around, and it found her. She knew that her relationship with Mindfulness was unorthodox and intuitive, as with any intuitive journey, a sudden light bulb went off for Kathleen and she realized that she wanted to share her gift of self awareness with others.
