Each meeting will take you on a journey to connect more with your soul. We will show how to use vibrations, meditations, and soul speak to construct a new reality unique to each person. We will present themes that trigger your innate soul’s wisdom and inner power to self-heal all aspects of you and your affairs.

Donal’s mission is to connect you ever-so-more to your soul’s path, your soul’s memories of higher realms, and the innate in you as to “Know Thy Self” deeper. Donal will facilitate the journey for you to master the physical, mental, and emotional you.

We will discuss the nature of this reality, including Astral realms, the dance of dimensions, and the best approaches to deal with the very complex soup of energies and realms we are immersed in. We will use many methods to raise our vibrations such as bio-field manipulation, self-hypnotic states for inner self, soul talk, sound, breath, astral travel, and soul level decrees to expand soul consciousness and experience the best possible version of your higher self. In each session we will enter a state of calm awareness through breath and guided meditation, and then delve into a new theme to reveal the true nature of one’s personal reality.

This is a group session with a short chat, soul connects exercise, a mini vibrational adjustment, I AM decrees, self-reflection, homework, and an opportunity to ask a few questions. It’s not necessary to come to every session, and newcomers are always welcome at any time, but you may gain a bit more by being a regular to this MASTER MIND co-creation.
