A Sound Bath is an experience which is particular to each person. Instruments are played such as the Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drums, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Energy Chimes and more.

Quartz crystal singing bowls can bring us back into our natural state of balance, attuning the chakras, aura and physical body to its natural state of healthy resonant vibration. These bowls allow the body, mind, heart and soul’s highest potential to vibrate in perfect balance and harmony.

Seating is limited to 10 people. Most people lie down during a Sound Bath, some choose to sit in a comfortable chair. You will be able to choose whichever suits you. Please bring a towel if you wish to lie down.
